Pros: last number redial, easy press and hold voice calling (great feature), lightweight, clear sound, contemporary design, convenient carry and charging case, a best practice for safe driving, no bulky over the ear device

Pros: very clear transmission, easy to carry in case
Cons: small controls for big hands, reception volume control limited

Light, compact, plugged or unplugged charges; clear transmission used with the new iPhone. I struggle with the minimalist call and volume buttons, the gel stabilizers remind me to take it off, but, otherwise, I'm very satisfied
