Ordering was easy and it showed up ontime. The monitor is great. Was able to comfortably watch a movie on this computer last night when I could not get my daughter to let me on our big TV.
The built in speakers are wimpy.

It's a great size, with good picture quality, no dead pixels, easy / intuitive controls, etc. All in all, considering the price, I'm thrilled to have purchased this monitor.
Thus far I've connected to laptops running Windows XP (after updating drivers with the included cd) and Ubuntu Linux 8.10. There were no problems with either OS. My two laptops (acer aspire one and a 3 year old Toshiba M45) both had no problems.
The only significant issue is that the speakers are terrible. Other reviews mentioned this but I thought, "How bad could they be? They've got to be better than my laptop speakers." I was wrong, the monitor speakers are much worse. Then again, who buys a monitor for the speaker quality?
A final minor issue is that the monitor stand doesn't seem to allow for changing the height.

Resolution 1680x1050 is recommended but the limit of my comp is 1600x900. Still this monitor is doing a great job, beautiful. Sometime three people watch the screen and all of us get a good view. Setting up the monitor for my computer was very simple even though I did not have much knowledge about it. The speakers are not OK for music but OK to listen to the news.

Speaker's aren't that powerful, but they are good for our offices where you can keep the volume low without disturbing your neighbors. The only thing I would have liked better would be information in the description on the web site to indicate that you need a certain capability within your computer to be able to make best use of the display. None of these have dead pixels and all have bright screens. It would be better with a height adjustment, but I guess that is not possible for this price. Highly recommended.
