They shipped a second unit (which is fine) and provided a return shipping label for the defect. CS was understandable, friendly, and handled my problem professionally. BUT beware don't ever try Mail IN Rebate I did mine and NEVER GOT MY MONEY BACK it was $100 MIR I got this at $240 before MIR. ANYWAY, shop around and look for the best specs. I DO RECOMMEND THIS :)
