PIXMA MX850 Office All-in-One Printer
The PIXMA MX850 is an all-in-one powerhouse! Thanks to its patented print head technology and 5-color ink system, you'll create spectacular photos with 9600 x 2400 color dpi resolution, and fast: A photo lab quality 4" x 6" borderless print takes only about 21 seconds. Copies will be remarkably true to the originals, and when scanning photos you'll produce impressive 4800-dpi results, with vibrant 48-bit color depth. The built-in Automatic Document Feeder (ADF) holds up to 35 originals and enables automatic duplexing, so you don’t have to wait, then manually turn over your 2-sided original. This versatile machine is networkable via an Ethernet connection. Compared to other printer brands, this PIXMA 850 has a cheaper printing cost. It's ink cartridg bed is easily accessible, and this makes changing ink cartridges easy. Also, this product is accompanied by software versatility and ease of use make managing your documents fun!

Reviews & Ratings for PIXMA MX850 Office All-in-One Printer This is an excellent all-in-one for home or small office.It does everything you could ask of an office machine - color, copying, automatic document feed, duplexing.
The printer design is great - however, it is a large machine (due to its many features), so be prepared for that. Buttons and displays are well designed and intuitive. The printer has two input trays, you can put plain paper in one and photo paper in the other - for example.
Setup is very easy, although the network setup is a little strange (you have to plug it into a USB port to complete the network setup - after that the USB is not needed).
Performance is excellent - the output, whether documents or photos - is always crisp and accurate. Ink usage is minimal - the printer uses ink tanks which are cheaper than ink cartridges. Duplexing works great, but can be slower than a laser since the printer has to wait for the first side of the page to dry before printing the back - performance is still good - this is a wonderful feature to have on a machine of this class.

The ink doesn't run out nearly as fast as the HP printers I hav eused in the past. I actually got this printer to replace an HP. This printer takes care of everything I need and more.
thes printer did not come with the usb to connect to the printer and it never mentioned it in the description and there was no section that said this or offered the cord for the $5 i paid for it. when i ordered the usb to connect to the printer, the girl ordered the wrong one for me and i had to call again to have the correct one shipped. they let me keep the wrong usb at no charge and credited my account and finally sent the correct one. the shipping on all these items was fast via DHL however, i needed the cord when i purchased the printer.
