Expect to speak SLOWLY! Date: November 8, 2008

Reviews & Ratings for Dragon NaturallySpeaking 10.0 Standard
I had expected to be able to speak at a more or less normal - but a careful, not really a "conversational" - rate, but that is just NOT what this product can handle, even on my 3gHz, 1gb workstation.
I had attempted to use a much earlier version of the product some years ago, and that was a total flop. I had hoped that this version would work better, but there is not much, if any, improvement.
If having to speak like a slowed-down tape recording is OK for you, try it - otherwise, in my opinion, you will be as disappointed as I am. And for biggish bucks, too!
