The customer service representatives I talked to over the phone were helpful, knowledgable and related well to my situation (I ordered mere days before Christmas). The Ipod was on my doorstep the very next morning and the best part is that due to PC Connections great price and no sales tax I STILL saved money even after paying to over night the product!
