Magstripe Mini Swipe Reader USB, Tracks 1-2-3, HID Interface, Black

The Magstripe Swipe Card Reader Mini USB is powered by the USB port, so you don't need an external power supply. It reads tracks 1, 2 and 3 with bi-directional read capability. The Magstripe reads encoded cards that meet ISO, ANSI, CDL, and AAMVA standards. It is rated at up to 1,000,000 passes with ISO-conforming cards. The Magstripe has a USB interface and dual color LED indicators. This reader is black in color.

Good product, except it does not work out of the box.
You must program it to work with whatever software you need.

This product works great, but I had to call the MFR to get the correct reprogramming software to make it work with Quickbooks. Over all, though it worked fine once we did this. Don't expect it to work across terminal services (remote)...there are unresolvable issues with this.
