    This easy-to-buy, easy-to-use HP Care Pack extended warranty service helps ensure that your new HP hardware or software is installed smoothly, efficiently, and with minimal disruption of your IT and business operations. Installation and Startup service is provided for your HP ProLiant DL360 - service is offered per event and is available during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding holidays.

    A highly trained HP Services delivery specialist verifies that pre-installation service prerequisites are met, schedules delivery of your service at a mutually agreeable time and installs your product or technology. The specialist runs appropriate tests and diagnostics to ensure that the product has been installed and configured per HP, industry or your company's standards. In addition, this service provides your people with orientation on the product and/or technology and answers your usage and maintenance questions.
