The DAStape is a stand-alone AIT-3 tape drive with one 68-pin SCSI port and built-in terminator. It offers 43.2GB/hr native backup and 100GB native capacity on a single tape. DAStape is suitable for the single server environment and is available in AIT, LTO, SDLT and SAIT models. Configured with a SCSI terminator and backed by Spectra Logic’s 3-year QuickSwap replacement service, DAStape is an exceptional value.

DAStape offers performance in workgroup, Web, e-commerce, pre-press and desktop publishing, video and GIS environments. Tape drives in DAStape are "library ready", allowing for factory installation in Spectra Logic tape libraries as your needs grow to require automation.
