This service plan entitles you to two full years of depot exchange service for your InfoPrint 1120 printer. The service is accessible 8am-5pm Monday through Friday, except IBM holidays. A courier will deliver to you a replacement machine in exchange for your failed machine the next day. Uninstallation of the failed machine and installation of the replacement machine is your responsibility.
