This is a 3-year Gold On-Site Extended Service Plan.

When your storage systems must be available around-the-clock and operations must be restored as rapidly as possible, Gold level support is the solution of choice. It provides:
Technical support 24/7, 365 days a year including holidays.
On-site repairs - once your issue has been diagnosed as a hardware failure, Overland Storage will dispatch a qualified engineer to your site for arrival within four (4) business hours. This excludes recognized public and company holidays.
Includes software maintenance for Protection OS on applicable products.
24x7x365 access to Overland’s technical support Web portal.
