The Premier Plus support offering is Polycom's key service program, designed for customers who need a higher level of support to manage their business. This service offering focuses on failure prevention, rapid resolution, technical responsiveness, and onsite support when required.

As with Polycom Premier Support, customers enjoy access throughout their workday to Polycom's technical support hotline, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Should a component fail, a full replacement of all covered components is shipped for next business day delivery (customs delays may affect actual delivery time in certain regions). In addition, Premier Plus Support also includes an onsite response by a Customer Service Engineer within 24 hours, or next business day, to personally handle unresolved problems.

Online support Access via the World Wide Web is available at your convenience to provide extensive technical information on Polycom products. Face-to- face testing can also be scheduled during local business hours (except holidays) with Polycom's technical support engineers, or you can take advantage of Polycom's around-the-clock video test facility with continuous motion and sound sources for quick, easy confidence checks.
