WatchGuard LiveSecurity Service Technical Support is designed to remotely assist you with specific issues regarding the installation and on going maintenance of your Firebox class, Vclass, all SOHO models and Sever Security products.
WatchGuard LiveSecurity Technical Support can help address specific technical issues during an installation, but is not designed to walk you through the entire installation process. If you need comprehensive installation assistance, you may opt for on-site installation services from you local authorized WatchGuard reseller or remote Firebox or VPN installation services directly from WatchGuard.
Your LiveSecurity support hours are built around your core business hours. LiveSecurity technical support technicians are available continuously from 7:00 PM Sunday until 7:00 PM Friday PDT/PST (GMT-8/GMT-7) so you are provided with support coverage from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday, based upon YOUR local time. Regardless of where your office or offices are located throughout the world, LiveSecurity Technical Support is available during your business day.

Critical Care:
If an issue is critical in nature (critical being defined as the firewall or VPN tunnel is unable to pass traffic and is unrecoverable) we target a maximum response time of 10 minutes. These "Critical Care" cases bypass first level support and are routed directly to our second level support technicians. Please note that cases submitted via the web are not included as part of our "Critical Care" program.
Standard Response:
With the exception of critical cases submitted via telephone, we target a four business hour maximum response time for all new incoming cases. If a technician is not immediately available to help you, a support administrator will log your call in our incident tracking system and issue you an incident number. A technician will contact you within the targeted response time guidelines.
