ATC 24x7 Service Agreement for Baystack 5510-48T - GH5300549
This service agreement provides ATC 24x7 service for your covered equipment. Telephone support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for the length of the agreement. Coverage includes on-site repair, product replacement and software upgrades, as well as pre-paid freight charges.
A travel charge applies if you are located outside of the service area - service areas are defined as within 100 miles of a Service Depot. Customers located within 50 miles of a Service Depot will receive a 4-hour response time for on-site service. Customers located within 100 miles of a Service Depot will receive a 6-hour response time for on-site service.
