3-Year Gold Plus Service Plan for 9170 12-Slot Cabinet - 3OSGP917012SLCX

This 3-Year Gold Plus plan provides service for your covered product. Coverage includes on-site system startup with comprehensive coverage for the entire unit, including standard batteries - standard batteries are the internal batteries on your system. You'll receive access to technical support for the life of the plan. Enjoy the benefits of overnight replacement of your UPS system or module - PowerWare Global Services will pay for all freight charges.

Standard service is 5x8 - service is available Monday through Friday during normal business hours. All standard plans can be upgraded to 7x24 service coverage - to qualify for 24-hour response service, the unit must be located within 100 miles of an established service location per contracted period of maintenance.
