This Emulation Card for the X644e and X646e MFPs supports AFP/IPDS printing or SCS printing from an IBM iSeries, AS/400, IBM zSeries or System/390 computer over TCP/IP to LAN MFPs. You can print bar codes, forms, publications and graphics closer to your end users giving you the associated cost and time savings from true distributed printing. And you can locate your MFP wherever you need it to maximize its productivity. With Lexmark's SmartSwitch auto-emulation sensing built into every Lexmark laser multifunction printer, your MFP will automatically switch to the proper document language. With a standard Ethernet interface, the connection to your LAN is complete.
