This notebook cart ships fully assembled! Use the 24 individual shelves to store and charge noteboooks, and set up a printer, wireless devices or your own workspace on the top shelf. With the Computer Cart for 24 Units, notebook computers can be easily moved between rooms and shared among students, or you can use the unit as a central storage location for notebooks. When not in use, the cart locks to keep your valuable computer equipment safe, while doors and rear and side panels are perforated to allow the ventilation of equipment when charging. The top shelf has a non-slip rubber mat and features a grommet hole at the back for cord management and access to electrical units.
This cart includes overload-protected UL-listed electrical units that have on and off switches, and also comes with a three-outlet electrical unit attached to the back for powering additional equipment. The UL-listed version of the cart includes an automatic timer which allows both electrical units to be plugged in and charged through one circuit. This cart has a gray powder paint finish and is constructed of 20- and 18-gauge steel. Two of its four 5-inch casters are fixed, and the other two swivel and lock.
NB: Due to electrical limitations, each electrical unit must be plugged into separate circuits and not separate outlets. The timer can be used to allocate charging time between circuits.
