3-year HP e-Care Pack 9x5 Pick-up and Return Service with ADP (electronic) - U4400E

With this extended service agreement, customers benefit from the HP e-Care Pack Pick-up and Return Service for 3-years. Included with this service is Accidental Damage coverage, pick-up of failed HP-branded equipment, repair or replacement at an accredited HP-designated repair center, and return of the operational unit to customers. Parts and labor are covered by this service. In addition, customers will receive phone consulting, remote monitoring and technical support for the length of the term of service. Service is available 9 hours a day from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
