It includes phone and email technical support from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday. With this 2-Year parts and labor extension to the Standard Warranty coverage, customers also receive 24-hour Advanced Replacement and 24-hour 7-days a week technical support for all four years of coverage.
