Supermicro combines the capabilities of nVidia's Media & Communications Processors (2200 + 2050) to create motherboards that support dual AMD Opteron 200 series processors, two PCI-Express x8 lanes for dual graphics cards, and support for high-performance SATA2 (3Gb/s) devices. With virtual channels enabled in the PCI-E lanes, low latencies and full bandwidth per lane are possible.
