This ExtremeWorks service contract includes access to Global Technical Assistance Centers 24x7x365, as well as software release updates. Advanced Hardware Replacement (AHR) is available with a next business day response time. The eSupport information portal provides access to: troubleshooting guides, release notes and training materials; Service Requests documentation, tracking, and management; access to an extensive knowledge database; and a subscription to the Extreme Networks Customer Advocate newsletter.
