This service contract extends your DSR1030-001 KVM Switch's standard warranty to a 3-Year Extended Warranty Plus plan.
Standard Warranty coverage is available on Avocent U. S. product sales and covers 100 percent parts and workmanship. Coverage begins on the date of purchase. Under the Standard Warranty, phone-in technical support is available from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday CST, excluding holidays.
With the addition of Extended Warranty Plus coverage, you'll benefit from Standard Warranty coverage, plus advance equipment replacement for the remainder of the Standard Warranty with an additional one year of coverage. Next business day delivery of advance replacements for units is available if the request is received by 2:00 p.m. CST.
