Printing text at 1500 LPM and graphics at 187 IPM, the T6215 Line Impact Dot Matrix Printer is a true workhorse with a 430,000 page-per-month duty cycle and a 250 million character print ribbon. Printing at a sharp 240 x 288 dpi resolution, the T6215 produces constant density fonts, enhanced fonts as well a more than 1000 character sets and number of character styles including bold, italic, superscript, subscript, underline, overline and strike through. It also had flexible connectivity thanks to serial, parallel and Twinax/Coax ports
The T6215's four-tractor system allows high slew speeds, accurate forms tensioning, forms reversal capability, and steel tractor pins in upper tractors for reduced wear, longer life. Its straight-through paper path is designed for excellent, uncompromising forms handling. In the end, the T6215 is a ground-breaking solution for high-volume, mission-critical impact printing.
