The Intermec 1551E is the first Sabre handheld scanner capable of consistently reading both linear and PDF417 codes at high speed. The 1551E is an impressive combination of comfort, durability and performance. And of course the “E” stands for easy setup with Intermec’s EasySet configuration software free of charge. Boasting plenty of rubber and a protected window, the 1551E can withstand repeated drops of up to 183cm (6 feet), wind and rain, off road vehicle vibration levels and below freezing temperatures.
