Zalman CNPS7000B-CU CPU Cooler with Blue LED, for P4, SktA, 754, 939, 940 - CNPS7000B-CuLED

This is the latest revision to Zalman's class leading 92mm CPU cooler, which adds compatibility with AMD processors. The Zalman 7000 series is now compatible with Socket 462 (Athlon, Duron, Athlon XP), Socket 478 (Pentium 4) and Socket 754/939/940 (Athlon 64, Athlon 64 FX, Opteron) all in one kit.

Zalman's CNPS7000B-CU with blue LED turns the original Zalman flower design inside out for increased forced air efficiency and continues the use of quiet low speed 92mm fan. This model uses a pure copper base and fins for maximum thermal efficiency. A Fanmate fan speed controller is included to tweak the cooling and noise level desired. The kit includes thermal grease and all parts necessary for installation.

The design of the heat sink recognizes that larger slow turning fans are much quieter than smaller fast turning fans. A typical heat sink design that uses a 60-70mm fan is 5x as loud as it spins at 3000-4000rpm than a 92mm fan spinning at <1500rpm.
