Technical support is available 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, including holidays. With onsite repair coverage, once your issue has been diagnosed as a hardware failure, Overland Storage will dispatch a qualified engineer to your site for arrival within four business hours - this excludes recognized public and company holidays. Coverage also includes software maintenance for Protection OS on applicable products. Customers receive 24x7x365 access to Overland's technical support Web portal.
