This 1-year FortiCare contract renewal is designed for your FortiGate-60 system.
This FortiCare contract offers 8x5 phone support available during normal business hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Ninety percent of calls during the business day will be answered within 30 seconds. In the event that a call cannot be answered within this time frame, you will receive a telephone callback by a Fortinet technical support specialist within 15 minutes of your call. Coverage also includes Return-to-Factory support, OS updates for Firewall, VPN and Traffic Management services.
This support plan is only valid if registered against your applicable product in Fortinet's Support website (http://support.fortinet.com). Fortinet will send you renewal reminders in advance of the contract or warranty expiration date but the FortiCare Support Plan will automatically terminate if a renewal contract is not entered on Fortinet's Support website before the expiration date.
