The beige SuperServer 7044H-TR barebone 4U rackmountable tower features a Super X6DHT-G EATX motherboard, the Intel E7520 chipset with dual 604-pin FC-mPGA4 sockets and supports dual Xeon processors up to 3.60GHz, with a 1MB L2 Integrated Advanced Transfer Cache, 800MHz system bus and up to 16GB of DDR-333MHz or 32GB DDR-266MHz buffered (registered) ECC 72-bit SDRAM. On-board devices include a 6300ESB 2-port SATA and Marvell 88SX6081 8-port SATA controllers both with RAID 0, 1, JBOD support, support for Zero-Channel RAID with optional Adaptec 2020SA (SATA) ZCR Card, two Intel 82541GI Single Port Gigabit Controllers, a Panasonic 3.5" 1.44MB floppy drive and a floppy controller. The ATI Rage XL SVGA PCI graphic controller with 8MB video memory handles graphics. For expansion there are two PCI-Express slots, three PCI-X slots, one PCI slot, and eight 1" SATA hot-swap drive bays, two 5.25" peripheral drive bays and one 5.25" floppy drive bay. It comes with a 760W triple redundant AC power supply, four 5000rpm hot-swappable cooling fans and two 5000rpm hot-swappable rear exhaust fans .
