The P4SCT+II ATX Motherboard features the Intel 875P chipset and supports an Intel Pentium 4 processor with 2MB of integrated Advanced Transfer Cache up to 3.4GHz (Extreme Edition) or an Intel Celeron processor with 128KB of integrated Advanced Transfer Cache up to 2.8GHz, Hyper-threading enabled, 90 nano and 0.13 micron technology. It supports an 800, 533 or 400MHz system bus and up to 4GB DDR400, 333 or 266 (ECC or non-ECC) unbuffered dual channel SDRAM. On-board devices include an Intel 6300ESBSATA Controller on-chip with two drive support, a Marvell SATA Controller chip with four drive support, six Serial ATA ports RAID 0, 10 support for four hard drives, RAID 0, 1 support for two hard drives, an Intel 82547GI CSA gigabit ethernet controller and an Intel 82541 gigabit ethernet controller (supports 10BaseT, 100BaseTX, and 1000BaseT, RJ45 output. The ATI Rage XL SVGA PCI video controller with 8MB of video memory handles graphics. This motherboard has five 3-pin fan headers and three fans with tachometer monitoring. It comes with SuperO Doctor III and Watch Dog software.
