The CompuSwitch is an easy to install keyboard/video/mouse (KVM) switch box that is ideal for small- to medium-sized PC server and workstation environments like corporate branch offices and departments, test labs, small businesses, and home offices. It eliminates the cost and clutter of unnecessary peripherals at each PC, saving precious space and providing central system control. With the switch, you can control: network servers, internet servers, or bulletin board management; hardware/software testing and system integration is facilitated; and you can have multiple workstation access and operation.

This model allows you to control up to 4 computers from you one mouse, monitor, and keyboard. The CompuSwitch uses Raritan's unique keyboard and mouse emulation technology, which dedicates individual keyboard and mouse emulators to each channel. Every connected PC "sees" its own keyboard and mouse all the time to preserve flawless PC booting and operation. And, you can mix PCs with PS/2 and serial mouse ports. Convenient features like SCAN, SKIP, and hot-key commands are standard and the sleek, space-saving, 1.75" high desktop chassis can be optionally rackmounted in only 1U rack unit.
