The ThinkCentre M51 provides industry-leading manageability for rapid system deployment and remote systems management. Its durable steel design and toolless features offer a common system board and common software image. This desktop model is configured with a 3.2GHz Pentium 4 540 processor with Hyper-Threading Technology, a 1MB L2 cache, a 40GB ATA-150 hard drive and 512MB PC3200 DDR SDRAM (expandable to 4GB). In addition to the 800MHz front bus speed, it features a 3.5" 1.44MB floppy disk drive, a 48X (max. speed) CD-ROM drive, three open PCI slots and one free 5.25" external bay. A Gigabit Ethernet port is built into the motherboard for your communications needs. The Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 900 supports resolutions up to 2048 x 1536. You'll love the SoundMAX Cadenza audio and built-in speaker. The ThinkCentre M51 comes with a USB optical wheel mouse and Preferred Pro full-size keyboard. Windows XP Professional is pre-installed.
