With this service offering, technical support is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding recognized public and company holidays. Once your issue has been diagnosed as a hardware failure, Overland Storage will dispatch a qualified engineer to your site for arrival the next business day (excluding recognized public and company holidays). Coverage includes software maintenance for Protection OS on applicable products. Customers also receive 24x7x365 access to Overland's technical support Web portal.
