The monitor hanger takes flat panel off the desktop and attaches it from the cubicle wall. Height, reach, and tilt all adjust for viewing comfort. Track slips over cubicle wall to support flat panel display at optimal viewing height. Arm extends to adjust display distance for reduced shoulder, neck and eye strain.
