ValueScan Laser Bar Code Scanner - Serial Interface - IDT4421-4
ID TECH’s ValueScan laser scanner is specially designed for heavy-use environments where other forms of scanning are impractical. The scanner utilizes an exceptionally fast decoding technology that maximizes both functionality and dependability.
ID TECH’s ValueScan provides quick noncontact scanning of bar codes from distances of up to 23 inches. With a scan rate of 36 scans per second, the ValueScan can read low-quality or damaged bar codes, as well as small or highdensity bar codes. The rugged ValueScan is exceptionally lightweight and designed to fit comfortably in the hand for extended periods of usage. The cable is detachable for easy replacement or for use with multiple interfaces.
The precision optics of the ValueScan enables it to scan bar codes at angles exceeding 45 degrees, making it ideal for scanning large, bulky items that cannot be moved or are not easily accessible. Small, high-density bar codes can be accommodated by holding the scanner at closer range.
This scanner features a serial interface.
