As a result, QLogic's SANtrack Service and Support Program provides customers with a flexible way to create a unique service and support package designed specifically to meet your distinct business requirements.

The Exchange Service Plan extends the switch factory warranty to three years and adds an advanced exchange option. The extended warranty period is calculated from the time of original factory shipment. The Exchange Service product can only be ordered prior to the expiration of the original warranty.
