Enterasys Networks offers the IDS standard protection plan (IDS-1) that includes technical telephone support from the company's GTAC to customers (Monday through Friday 8: 00 a.m. to 5: 00 p.m. within the customer's local time zone, excluding Enterasys recognized holidays).
