The DFL-210 VPN Firewall delivers complete network protection and Virtual Private Network (VPN) services for the small office environment. This appliance addresses growing concerns over network security, hacker attacks, virus threats and increasing privacy demands. Through robust security features, flexible configuration and maximum network protection, it offers a high return on investment to businesses that demand high performance at competitive prices.

Within an industrial chassis, the DFL-210 VPN firewall packs up an impressive set of hardware that includes high-speed processor, large database and powerful firewall engine that can handle up to 12,000 concurrent sessions. It features a DMZ port that may be configured as a WAN interface to provide redundancy and load-balancing.

All functionalities such as content filtering, Intrusion Detection and Prevention, user authentication, Instant Messaging and Peer-to-Peer application blocking, Denial of Service (DoS) protection and Virtual Private Network (VPN) are integrated into a single housing to provide network administrators with an all-in-one business-class level security solution.

In addition, the firewall implements bandwidth management, to ensure an efficient allocation of network capacity and minimize congestion.

The DFL-210 can be remotely managed via a web-based interface or CLI through the RS-232 console port or a Secure Shell (SSH) connection. It includes flexible features to monitor and maintain a healthy and secure network, such as e-mail alerts, system log and real-time statistics. These features, along with the ability for firmware upgrade, ensure that your firewall can provide and maintain maximum performance and security for your network.
