Same-Day Onsite provides you with a skilled technician for rapid remedial hardware problem resolution, including the installation of replacement parts. This service includes all Same-Day features, plus access to an onsite technician within four hours of your request. You can request an onsite technician 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays.
