This service provides customers 24x7 service, a single point of contact, technical assistance and resolutions not only for Celestix One security platform and operating systems, but also for the supported applications designed to run on them.
Celestix 24x7 Support is an annual service that offers: advanced-exchange replacement of defective hardware with 24-hour RMA process; telephone or web-based support 24x7; enhanced escalation for high-priority problems; access to Celestix's electronic support; all OS software and firmware updates and upgrades. Third-party software subscriptions are not included except for FV100-Safe@.
