The Stockroom inventory software provides an efficient and cost-effective method for tracking consumable inventory by utilizing mobile computers, such as PDAs or PDTs, to scan bar codes. As a perpetual inventory system, IntelliTrack Stockroom controls the receipt and issuance of consumable goods into inventory, allowing you to determine the quantity on hand. In addition, the software automates routine physical inventories so you can easily take and reconcile physical counts with book inventory.
When you receive consumable inventory, you can simply scan its barcode to receive into the system and increase book inventory levels. When you issue inventory to departments or persons, scan again to reduce the inventory level. IntelliTrack Stockroom collects data and provides comprehensive reports about item location, recipient, serial numbers, lot expiration dates, and more.
For larger organizations, IntelliTrack DMS-SQL combines mobile barcode and RFID data collection with a high-speed, high-capacity network database for processing more transactions, and storing more data objects.
IntelliTrack DMS-SQL was designed for the enterprise that needs to track a large volume of assets or inventory. IntelliTrack applications can attach to the Microsoft SQL Server Desktop Engine (MSDE) and the Microsoft SQL network database. By employing SQL, IntelliTrack software can supports more users, provide superior local and wide-area network performance, centralize database administration and allow users to maintain longer history and larger data tables.
IntelliTrack with SQL is able to maintain and synchronize large amounts of data while giving the local user access the central database and portable data.
