On-site Engineer is the ENTERACare service for providing you with an Enterasys networking experts on your site. Services are available for one day, one day per week for one year, one day per month for one year, one month (5 days a week), or one year (5 days a week).

On-site Engineer provides you with one of the most qualified networking experts available in the industry - a qualified Enterasys Engineer. The Enterasys Engineer can assist in maximizing a network's efficiency and minimizing financial exposure due to downtime. The on-site engineer will serve as your network specialist and handle diagnosing network faults, managing on-site logistics, and additional responsibilities.
