This 2-Year Guardian Support Service Platinum extended warranty is a two-year parts and labor extension to the Standard Warranty coverage for Dominion SXA-16. Raritan's standard warranty is a free two-year warranty that covers parts and labor, offers Advanced Replacement and is available on all of Raritan's products. It includes phone and email technical support from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday. With this 2-Year parts and labor extension to the Standard Warranty coverage, customers also receive 24-hour Advanced Replacement and 24-hour 7-days a week technical support for all four years of coverage.
