When your storage systems must be available around-the-clock and operations must be restored as rapidly as possible, Overland's Gold level support is the solution of choice.

Technical Support is available 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, including holidays. Once your issue has been diagnosed as a hardware failure, Overland Storage will dispatch a qualified engineer to your site for arrival within four (4) business hours (this excludes recognized public and company holidays). Coverage includes software maintenance for Protection OS on applicable products, as well as 24x7x365 access to Overland's technical support Web portal.
