PCI Bus Low-Profile 16550 Four Port Serial Board w/ Cable - QUATTRO-PCI/LP

The Quattro-PCI/LP is widely used for connecting various high-speed consumer peripherals to a PC. The fanout cable connection is popular with POS system manufacturers while kiosk builders find pin header connection suited to in-the-kiosk computers. The board provides the easiest way to add four high-speed 16550 UART serial ports in your system using only one system IRQ while fitting into a low-profile PCI chassis.

All four ports share only one system IRQ. The board automatically selects next available IRQ and COM addresses in Windows 95/98/Me. Easy Plug and Play makes installation a snap. Includes Lava Com Port Redirect Utility for renaming COM Ports. Allows for backward compatibility with software that supports COM 1-4 only.
