This Scalar i500 5U Base Librarty comes with two IBM LTO-4 Tape Drives, 41 activated slots and FC 4Gb/s connectivity. It includes a Q-EKM license for up to two drives and 200 data cartridge barcode labels. Q-EKM drives must be in a separate partition from non-Q-EKM drives. Q-EKM Integration Service is also required to install and configure the Q-EKM application. Warranty/service level of Q-EKM must match the service length and level of the library.
