The Supermicro SuperWorkstation 7044A-i2 beige 4U rackmountable tower features the Super X6DAE-G2 EATX motherboard and Intel E7525 chipset and supports up to two Intel Xeon processors with EM64T and 1MB L2 Integrated Advanced Transfer Cache up to 3.60GHz, 800MHz system bus and up to 16GB DDR2-400 Registered ECC memory. On-board devices include an ICH5R SATA Controller (RAID 0, 1, JBOD support) and an Intel 82546GB Dual Port Gigabit Controller (supports 10BaseT, 100BaseTX, 1000BaseT, RJ45 output). For expansion, it features two PCI-Express slots, three PCI-X slots, one PCI slot, a Panasonic 3.5" 1.44MB floppy drive, two 5.25" peripheral drive bays, support for eight IDE hard drives, support for two SATA hard drives and up to ten USB ports. The AC'97 audio CODEC with high quality 6-channel sound takes care of all your audio needs. It has a 645W low-noise AC power supply with PFC.
