anyServer Bracket 19" x 1RMU Black - 12751-719

The anyServer Bracket is a simple, yet sturdy solution to secure virtually any server to a 19"-wide, two-post open rack. Manufactured of cold rolled .075"-thick steel, this fixedmount product functions as the ideal, cost-effective system for retrofitting existing racks to accommodate one or more servers instead of changing to a four-post rack or cabinet system. The anyServer Bracket can be adjusted to fit all of your server's requirements. This 1-RMU set holds up to 80-pound loads.

The anyServer Bracket includes a pair of adjustable mounting arms that slide up to 4 inches total (in 1/2-inch increments) to fit the depth of your device. With the pan and arm extension, your server can protrude between 9" to 13" in front of the rack. Square holes on the front of the mounting arms fit any server's cage nuts (available separately). For attaching the adjustable arms, square carriage bolts - instead of standard round bolts - are provided, allowing tightening of the nuts with just one hand. Rounded acorn nuts eliminate sharp edges from screws, reducing chances of injuries and torn cables.

Note: Because different server manufacturers use different types of cage nuts for mounting their equipment, CPI does not include cage nuts with the anyServer Bracket. However, you can purchase the appropriate hardware kit separately. PC Connection offers the following:

In addition, optional supplementary server support arms (sold separately) firmly secure the tops of tall servers to the rack. In some instances, they can also help you mount your server if its captive screw holes are in the middle or top of the device.
