The HP StorageWorks Rack-Mount Kit provides a high-density, rack-mountable tape drive enclosure for the included USB DAT160 backup unit. Because the enclosure uses this standard internal tape drive, it provides a cost-effective means of mounting the tape drive in a rack server environment. The enclosure gives you scalability, so that you can add another drive or migrate to new tape technologies as their capacity and performance needs grow.

This HP StorageWorks Rack-Mount Kit is supported by ProLiant, HP Integrity, and AlphaServer platforms.
