This is an Optional POWERPASS Power Distribution Module (PDM) for the Powerware 9125 Rackmount UPS.
The Powerware PDM distributes computer grade power to data processing equipment and other critical loads. The PDM can be easily expanded as power needs change by adding up to two field-installable distribution cabinets. This expands the distribution capacity from 84 up to 252 circuit breaker pole positions. Each Powerware PDM offers a main circuit breaker complete with shunt trip mechanism, an electrostatically shielded, high isolation transformer, and copper busbars in the distribution panels.
Offering much more than a surge protector, the Powerware 9125 protects against the full range of power anomalies-making power-related downtime a thing of the past. A double-conversion online UPS, the Powerware 9125 is constantly conditioning AC output, and in the event of an outage, it transfers to backup power with zero delay. A "load segments" feature enables orderly shutdown of non-critical systems to extend battery backup power time available for critical systems.
