Achieving the best picture possible for your composite video installations requires the correct cable. Copper clad steel conductors are ideal for RF applications like antennas, cable television and satellite installations but result in poor quality composite video signals. Impact Acoustics offers an RG59/U coax cable designed specifically for installations where you intend to run composite video, RGBHV video, component video and even surveillance systems. This cable has 20AWG bare copper center conductor surrounded by a foam polyethylene dielectric, 95% copper braid and PVC jacket. This UL listed cable meets UL and CUL specifications for CL1, CL2, CM, CMX and CMG installations, and is swept tested to 3GHz to ensure performance at applicable frequencies. To help you keep track of cable used, the cable jacket is sequentially marked every two feet.
